- A confirmation email and discount code will be sent upon successful redemption of vouchers. A booking through our online booking system must then be made and confirmed. This form does not constitute payment or a confirmed booking/reserved place. - Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer for the same booking. - Any difference between the cost of a play session and the value of the voucher: (a) Will be forfeit in the instance of the full price of the play session being less than the value of the voucher; and (b) Will be payable by the visitor in the instance of the full price of the play session being more than the value of the voucher. - Full name, DOB and 16 digit voucher number for each child must be provided as appears on the voucher for the purpose of validation at least a week before the date of the play session to allow Essential Elements Outdoor Play Club to successfully redeem the vouchers. Requests to book using vouchers after this time may not be accepted. - Any vouchers that have already been redeemed or cannot otherwise be validated by Service NSW for any reason will cause the booking to be cancelled.
